Services & Requests
Phase One – Initial Consultation
At the initial, free-of-charge consultation we gain insight into the nature and scope of the project by discussing factors such as design motifs, themes, materials to be used, timeline and general budgetary parameters. We prepare a free estimate with allowances and budgets. We come back for a second meeting to discuss the project and finalize the project specifications. Once the project is accepted and approved, Phase Two begins.
Phase Two – Final Selections and Contract
During this time, a personalized shopping service is provided to the client. The contractor will take the client to local suppliers to select the materials to be used on the project. Once the materials and fixtures are selected a contract that includes a detail project description and detailed costs of the project is created. A deposit is collected and contract signed at this time. The Hawaii kitchen or bath project is placed into the schedule and a start date is given.
Phase Three – Installation
We begin the renovation project with demolition and see the project through until the final touches are finished. Not only do we keep your site clean during construction, we clean your newly remodeled area for you at the end.
Phase Four – Completion
Once the project is complete, we meet at the client’s home. The contractor will walk the client through the newly remodeled space to make sure everything is completed to satisfaction. The contractor, If necessary will show the owner how to operate the components and fixtures of the newly remodeled kitchen or bathroom. The contractor will discuss the cleaning and maintenance of the new fixtures and materials. At this time the final payment is collected.
